This is about offering all of yourself in surrendered worship to God and being overcome by his intense joy. It says in the bible the face of Jesus shines like the sun and that in his presence is the fullness of joy so this is represented by the happy sun shining upon her.
I have been so incredibly blessed to have been overwhelmed with his joy again and again. There is nothing like his presence!
