I have been so inspired by flowers lately and as I came across this dahlia I couldn't wait to paint it! When I looked up some of the history I saw that in the Victorian era it was often known to symbolize "Grace Under Pressure". I love that! This a perfect reminder to stay strong and lean into God not matter what comes your way! He will bring you through and you will be stronger because of what you went through.
