Jennifer Main Gallery Return Policy

We work to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit. Please note that shipping costs to return the item(s) are your responsibility. If the item(s) is damaged please email a photo and describe what happened to jmainshop@gmail.com

To make a return:

  • Items must be in its original unused condition
  • Items must still be in their original packaging
  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
  • You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
  • please email your return request to jmainshop@gmail.com stating the reason for the return/exchange/credit
  • If your item(s) is damaged please include a photo and describe what the issue is and we will find the best way to resolve it.
  • Send the product back if the request is approved by using your preferred carrier. We will provide you the address in the email.  Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s) and made the refund/exchange.

***Please note we cannot accept returns or exchanges of commissioned, custom made items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
