This painting was inspired from a small watercolor painting I made years ago and I decided it would be nice to see it as a large painting. I love the way it turned out!
As he holds and plays the heart-shaped bass it symbolizes him vulnerably sharing his heart and letting it be known. Sometimes letting our true heart be know isn't the easiest thing to do, but in this painting he's bravely letting it all out and sharing the beauty of who he really is without holding anything back!
