Mini Masterpiece | 'Deepest Peace'

This Mini Masterpiece is called "Brave One". It's a 5" x 7" canvas print which is .5" deep. Each one comes with an easel to easily display it just about anywhere!😍Of course, If you prefer to hang it on the wall you can do that too! Each print is signed and titled on the back. A unique thing about this painting is that the words" Brave One" are hidden in the artwork. Check out the photo to the left.

He asks any of us who would come to him to cast ALL of our cares upon him and LET him take care of us. I know I have often times found myself all bound up by anxiety and trying to handle everything in my own strength, but the Lord knows how to teach us HIS WAY to live in his grace and peace...and he has been teaching me more and more how to do this. This painting is inspired about fully embracing this rest; spiritually and practically.

It's also a reminder to find space in the day to be still and fully present to enjoy all the beautiful simple blessings that are all around. As in the painting, to me, it can be enjoying the tree outside my window, wearing comfy clothes, opening the windows and letting the fresh breeze flow through, it's listening to relaxing music with a hot cup of coffee and some time in the Word. It's being saturated in gratitude for every blessing from God.🙏❤

When I was close to finishing the painting I felt led to add the sparrow (even though I've never put one in my paintings before)...I realized God was using it as a reminder of this scripture:

Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.-Matthew 10:29-31

 Soon after painting it, 2 sparrows came and slept on our balcony in the midst of all the city noise. I was so excited because I had not seen sparrows come before. True rest and provision come from our Heavenly Father. Look up and rest. He cares for you!
