Serenity: the state of being calm, peaceful, and the state of being calm, peaceful, and untroubled.
I created Serenity during a time when I was making art without using any black, as I had been thinking about how God is pure light and in him there is no darkness at all. He took me out of so much darkness and I enjoyed creating an image to represent being immersed in his light and peace. I struggled a lot with anxiety and depression and love envisioning being immersed in his serenity. She is wearing white to represent being forgiven and made new.
